Имитационная динамическая модель процесса шлифования сложнопрофильных деталей. Развитие методов моделирования

В работе представлен обзор литературных источников, посвященных моделированию процесса шлифования. Рассмотрены статистические, энергетические и имитационные подходы к расчету сил шлифования. Выявлены основные стадии взаимодействия абразивных зерен и обрабатываемой поверхности, приведено описание основных подходов к геометрическому моделированию образования новых поверхностей при шлифовании. Приведен обзор исследований по способам моделирования образования стружки и бокового наплыва при взаимодействии отдельных зерен. Рассмотрены достоинства и недостатки применения прямого моделирования взаимодействия отдельных зерен и обрабатываемой поверхности методом конечных элементов и методом молекулярной динамики. Отмечена необходимость учета динамики системы и ее значительное влияние на итоговую поверхность при шлифовании. Представлена структура комплексной имитационной модели процесса шлифования сложнопрофильных податливых деталей, учитывающей динамику процесса обработки. Предлагаемая модель пространственного шлифования включает в себя модель динамики заготовки, модель динамики фрезы, модель сил резания, основанную на численном алгоритме геометрического моделирования. Предлагаемый подход позволяет выполнять моделирование обработки деталей со сложной формой поверхности и оценить уровень вибраций, отклонение формы и качество поверхности, а также величины усилий шлифования при различных сочетаниях параметров технологического процесса.
